I would say I am doing so so. I switched from the C25K to the Runtastic training program only because it tracks all stats: distance, duration, avg. pace, etc. (however I could run both simultaneously if it helped you and I work together). I have been having some issues with shin splints so am taking it easy with about 2-3 rest days in between each run. I'm a rather slow runner as well...and definitely not a natural...I really have to push myself unlike some other people. My last run was 2.8 miles at an avg pace of 11:23 (it was a walk 1 minute, jog 3 minutes for 32 minutes plan). HOWEVER, I am committed to continuing to run and to ultimately running a marathon this year. Let me know how you are doing and then we can find a way to communicate and cheer each other on.
