  1. Thank you I think I'll walk and do some training in house then. The point is that I enjoyed so much The program that I wanna focus more on it than in lose weight xD
  2. Hello. I was wondering if I could Run like 5 Times per week. The whole question started because I really enjoyed the app so I want to finish the program, but the problem was that as many does I started to run to lose fat. So now I have mixed feelings cause I wanna finish the program but was in doubt if running 3 times per week are too little to lose KG. Also I want to ask if I can do the program twice per day to do at least 30min of workout.
  3. Hello, I started 3 days ago. Finished Week 1 Day 2 today. I wanted to ask if we can Run more than 3 times per week or not. I ask this because I started to run just to loss weight, but I really liked to Run. So now I wanna complete the program, but I don't know if just running 3 times per week can help to lose fat or not.
