Just saying hi! I am starting this to help me and my husband have a healthier life. Last month my uncle passed away suddenly from a sudden heart attack and the day before traveling to his funeral my father had a mild heart attack. He had 90% blockage in a main artery. He had surgery to repair his heart and he is on the road to recovery. We are very lucky to still have him here with us. It was a reminder that you can't take life for granted. Now is the time to change. Cheers to all that are doing this with me!
