Hi all..I'm 48 and again fell into the easy weight gain cycle. Four years ago I lost 30pds and felt good but here we go again. I finished my first week and feel good. Running was never my thing but this app seems to work for me. I had four surgeries on my right knee and one on the other. This is gonna be hard but I will surely stick to this and hope for the best. My words are: "We r what we eat" control the eating and do my workouts and all will fall into place....Second week starts tomorrow and I will be ready.
