Hi Everyone!
I'm a 31 year old female who is trying to get back into running on a regular basis! About 4 years ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism which had been causing severe weight gain for a couple of years prior to the diagnosis. I've been on medication since and feel great but the weight is really loving to stick around! I'm doing this to give myself a goal to work toward instead of just trying to lose weight!
