Hi everyone. I'm new to this and just wanted to introduce myself. I did the c25k and loved. I just ran a race this past weekend so the app helped me a lot. I'm just about to train for a marathon. I've already done several half marathons and will hopefully be a nice smooth transition. Anyone have any advice for me?
