  4. Newtorunning, thank you for the encouragement. I'm going to give it a try again. Did you go on to the second day even if you couldn't finish all the runs of the first day ? I was thinking I can redo the first day until I do all of it . Do you recommend that or not ? Thanks !
  5. Thanks for replying ! Torus_ot , just so I understand correctly. You're reccomending that I run as slow as possible?( I WAS running pretty fast). And to finish the workout even if I'm just walking . Right ? Those are good ideas thank you
  6. Hi guys ! I'm a programmer so I'm usually sitting in front of my Mac and get no exercise . I'm really motivated to change that by starting to run . I tried first a week ago and couldn't even do the first 60 seconds and I realized the shoes I was wearing weren't good for running . So I bought running shoes and tried again today. I got through only about a quarter of the workout but I did the full 60 seconds every time I got to the running part this time . I'm discouraged that I can't even do the first day. I'm planning to keep re-doing it until I finish. Is this normal ? Any tips ? I would appreciate any encouragement . Thanks loads !
