  1. Count me in! I've tried to walk 10,000 steps a day with occasional success but I want the weight off of me, I want to enjoy some of the "bad" things I love and exercise is the only way to do it! We will do this together...but you've had a head start. My friend's 95 y.o. dad says, "if you rest, you rust!"
