Hello! My name is Lorann and I am new to this whole "running" thing. I have always had an extremely negative mindset when it came to running and my body. I am the first person to give up on myself and that is something I am working on. This is the first step hopefully into what become my beautiful and wonderful transformation! I feel good this time around and I have my cute little pup to keep me company on walks/runs. Any tips/advice would be helpful! Thank you all!!
