  1. I there a good way to start training other than following an app on your mobile. I am a member of the gym locally and they have curve running machines which are harder work than running machines. But I am so unfit. Doing 20 mins time, 1 min running and 2 mins walking. I know it will get easier but I will not be fit enough for a marathon by next April. PANIC!
