I don't know what I'm supposed to do for 5 minutes to warm up during the 200 ab challenge!
Also, am I supposed to be doing full sit ups where I lift my back off the floor and bring my head to my knees or and I supposed to do crunches? That may sound like a dumb question but the picture is of a woman appearing to do crunches, not full sit-ups!
Any advice will help me get started.
