Hey everyone! I'm a 26 year old female trying to get myself back! I started my journey over a year ago and gave up on myself back in October. I recently started working out again about a month ago and I signed up for the Dallas Sprint with some friends for this October. I have never been good at endurance running, but I'm not letting that hold me back anymore! I'm hoping to get some good tips and training for this app and community. Have a great day y'all!
