Hi I use to be a runner and then about 5 years ago I got sick and stayed that way...for 5 years. Finally, last May I was diagnosed with Lupus. While I'm grateful to know why I've been sick and for my doctors and the mess I'm on, I want my life back. I'd love to know if anyone else out there is trying to get started running with an auto-immune disease. Is it even possible? Thank you!
