I'm 48 and decided to give C2K5 a try. I don't want to lose weight but would like to tone. I'm on Week 7 Day 2. I am running on a treadmill due to the heat and running alone. I am not having trouble with the running but the breathing is a problem. I can't seem to relax my shoulders and by the end of my run my neck hurts and I'm gasping for air. I run at 4 or 4.5 mph most days. At this point I am not worried about speed but want to increase my distance. Any suggestions on breathing techniques and how to relax?
