I just started C25K this morning. I made the conscious decision to better myself and be happier four weeks ago. Joined a friend on a fitness journey with Take Shape for Life. I am down 17 lbs in my 4th week and chose C25K as my exercise program. It was hard but I can do this!
My two children are CrossFitters and my husband is a runner. I look forward to keeping up and being a better version of me!
