I'm actually enjoying running!! A few years ago I set myself the challenge to run 5k but did it in my own, and gave up after I reached 3k. Looking back now I realise that was actually a big achievement for a non runner, but I really beat myself up about not reaching 5km. This time I'm using the app and loving it. I've just done week 5 day 2 and worrying about the 20 mins in day 3, but the mental challenge has always been my issue, so plan to just start it and do my best, try not to overthink it.
