Just finished week 1 of C25K. I had tried this program 2 summers ago and didn't even make it through the first day ( I made a mistake and was trying to train my dog to walk on a leash at the same time, bad idea...). I made if through my first 3 jog/walks fairly well but gosh am I slow. I've never been a runner, more of a hiker, and I am carrying quite a bit of extra me around, so I was pleased to run for 1 minute straight (very slowly but still). I hope this continues to feel good but I'm excited for the challenge and know it will get much tougher.
