I started today, but didn't even get halfway done before I was so breathless that I had to walk the rest. My thought was to repeat the first workout until I can complete it, otherwise, I will fail harder. I never post on boards. Well, I never worked out regularly either until a couple weeks ago. I NEED to lose 100 lbs, and I want to get to the point where I can run 5Ks as part of my program. I'm hoping that I will improve my chances of success by participating in forums.
