  1. I swap my runs all the time and haven't noticed a huge difference.
  2. I've been diagnosed with Celiac Disease and glucose resistance (hypoglycemia). I'm finding myself burning- out very quickly on longer runs due to the fact that I cannot eat carbs and have to carefully watch my sugar intake. Any suggestions on "fuel" to keep me going mid-run? Cannot contain wheat and has to be low in sugar...
