  1. Walk when it hurts. As the pounds drop off the pain gets lesser. Less weight on the joints. Then you find new pain lol. I have been all over the scales as long as you are sweating you are making gainz.
  2. Sometimes taping can help. I've done it from time to time with success. Icing my feet helps too.
