Hi All,
As the title suggests I'm a complete newbie to running, I decided that I'd take the bull by the horns and give it a go! I'm pleased to say that I started my running journey a couple of days ago, and so far so good! I completed day 2 (albeit on another app) today and feel great. I have small twinges in my thighs that, if I'm honest, ache ever so slightly.
Tomorrow is a rest day for me and i shall cherish it dearly.
