  1. I agree with Torus...I'm using C25K and I have a vivosmartHR and I do my steps everyday. I would say go at your own pace...You will still see results but you need to eat properly also....You can do it.
  2. This isn't my first time....I've stated losing weight long ago ands WAS doing great I went from 236lbs to 198lbs ands then I quit......No because I wanted to but because there's a blood pressure medication I'm on that's HELL to get off called Metoprolol..it scared me so bad that I PURPOSELY gain a little weight back but I want off PERIOD. Has anyone else had problems coming off of blood pressure medications?
