Today I started C25K.  I did it and now I think I am dead!!  Lol!!  No, seriously I feel good.  I'm excited to start running again.  Several years ago I decided to do the Couch to 5k and was doing great!  Then came the knee injury, then nursing school, then... well, you get it...all of the excuses as to why I couldn't.  But I'm back at it! Any and all encouragement is accepted.   Getting married in 2 months so I need to get some weight off and just feel better.
