So I am in the process of starting something exciting in my life. In order to do this (and not die) I need to improve my fitness, get stronger, and get faster.
I am in decent shape but no where I need to be.
I mostly lack motivation. I want to run but I always find an excuse why it's not the right time. I'm hoping to find some "accountabili-buddies" along with some great advice to get going, stay going, and achieve my goals. :-)
That being said- anyone who can help/needs help let me know!
