Hi guys, my friend and I are starting this with the goal of losing a bit of weight and getting fit along with all the perks like increased energy.
We're starting the 10k one on monday. Since its 3 days a week we will be going monday, wednesday, friday. Doing other workouts on our own on the other days. We both have kids so it'll be great to set an example and be able to run after them without panting like dogs! I can't wait to see and feel the changes!
