Hi all, im a 26yr old mum to a beautiful 7month old little girl and recently just had my 4th misscarriage. Really want to get fit and healthy again. I have PCOS so stuggle with weightloss.
Im 168cm tall and 79kg. When i fell pregnant i was 84kg when i went into labour i was 83kgs (morning sickness all pregnancy) then 2 weeks after i was down to 74kg until 2 months ago when the weight started creeping again.
I really need some motivation and help.
Im not a big eater normally once/twice a day and my main meal is chicken breast or steak with veg. Hot chocolate and chocolate is my guilty pleasure. I hardly drink and vary rarely eat/drink chips, take away,soft drink, juice etc.
Can anyone give me some tips or inspiratio please?
I used to be a good runner 10yrs ago but now i get shin splints unless on a treadmil however funds dont allow gym so needing to work out at home.
