Hi -- I'm totally new to this form of exercise and extremely out of shape. Completed Week 1, Days 1&2 but wasn't able to run for the entire running intervals. I walked briskly instead and tried to push the run whenever I felt like I wouldn't die. Should I be progressing to the next Day or keep repeating a Day until I can tolerate the regiment without improvising? Any help is very much appreciated!!!
