I honestly know what it like to tart and stop, many gym memberships wasted, unused weight watcher products and unused exercise DVDs. About two month ago I saw an ld pic of me and was like I have to do something. I stop in at my local running store and the manager gave me the c25k program. I went to a dollar store got me a arm band to hold my iPod and shoe store for a cheap pair of running shoes. I started the first week and was hooked. I think because it's three days a week made it easier. I have to say you but the nail on the hea when you said you want to do it or me, that's so true in so many ways. I'm doing this for me, I run at my local track put my headphones in and go I don't let others intimidate me I just tun everything else out. I could tell you to just get out and do it but it's harder for some then others it took me many tries and when I saw that old pic it just clicked
