Hello everyone!
I'm a college student who's been overweight pretty much my whole life but I have decided that this summer in going to get serious about exercising daily. I've notoriously hated running; it can be boring and tedious sometimes, but this app has helped me not hate it so much! Doing this 3x a week and going to the Y on the off days (and Sunday as a rest day) has me feeling so energized and ready to take on the world. It hasn't been easy, but I look forward to working harder and getting involved in this community of encouragement!
