  1. I'm on Week 1 and feeling good so far, but my ankle feels weak (from rolling it in volleyball a few months ago). The last thing I want is to injure myself now that I'm finally motivated to do this program. Any advice on an ankle support would be appreciated. I have a less expensive neoprene one but I'm not convinced it's enough support for this type of activity. Thanks!
