  1. Hello everyone! Over the last year and a half, I have successfully lost 75 pounds and have maintained that loss since last October. (My wife and I joined Weight Watchers in January 2017 and have been thrilled with the program!) I’m now ready for the next step, which is adding strength training and toning to my regimen. I have plenty of options at the gym, but I’m not sure where to start. I should note that I’m rehabbing a knee from meniscus surgery last year (running is questionable) and I am 59 years old. Any suggestions for a good routine to start out with? I’m thinking lap swimming is a good start, but I also need to build some upper body and core strength and tone my saggy abs. Help is appreciated, even if it’s directing me to resources.
