Hello everyone. I am not 100% new to running but I am new with trying to be a short 5k runner. Prior to this I have usually just run one mile to get the blood flowing before lifting, so this is new for me. My goal is to run a mud run at the end of the month, this is a short time to get ready but I am already running two miles in 25 minutes. We shall see but I am looking forward to the support from the group.
