I keep trying to get back in shape, now 43 and at my all time high of 150,. I have a very active lifestyle - horses, work as a nurse, and have a 4yr old.... Needless to say I sit on the couch on my freetime just trying to "recover". But I know if I would exersize I would could enjoy my horses work and especially my kiddo even more. I used to run, and am trying again with good inserts and compression socks this time! My goals:
1. Run faster sprints
2. 5k in October
3. Lose 30lbs by August (4months )
4. Start diet today
