I am a massage therapist runners definitely get preform is and ilio tibial band syndrome foam rolling your itb will help and will deep tissue massage targeting your flutes piriformis and itb I would also if you do t already do stretching that target that area as well 3-4 times a day everyday!!!
  2. I am new to running. While I am not a couch potato I have never been a runner but I am down 60 lbs with diet change but know I need more activity to help me further m goal
