  1. I just completed week 2 days 3. I started the app last Friday the 25th and did not run 2 days since I started. Am I crazy to just continue through the days and weeks? Or am I really suppose to just do it 3 days a week? I'm running a 5k on May 7th so I don't have the full 8 weeks to train.
