Hey all!
My name is Brooke and I just downloaded the C25K app a few minutes ago, I am needing to get into shape so badly! I used to be fit and able to run a fast mile, now I can't even walk up a steep hill without wanting to pass out. Ugh. I'm determined to lose weight and get back to my old self, I am just concerned I will lose the motivation before I lose the weight (as I do every time..)
