8 years ago I got a high stress desk job and put on 30 lbs. Then, I had 2 kids and gained 20 more. I have made some adjustments to my diet, (I too am a sugar-holic) and lost about 5 lbs. The rest is going to need some extra encouragement thru exercise, which has been a dirty word for me the last several years.
