28 years old here. Struggled with weight and eating prior to having my son Luke. Now he's nearly two its high time I got fit again. Need more energy!!! I stayed today. Going to pair with clean eating and fun exercise with my son and hubby. Finding motivation to go out for a run is where I struggle
