  1. Started low carb and C25K two weeks ago. Lost 4 lbs last week, GAINED .6 this week! What's going on? I have not measured inches. Wondering if running is somehow the culprit. Thoughts?
  2. 35 yo. Was fit and active throughout my 20s and then I got married and had 3 kids. Would like to lose 40 lbs, gain a better attitude, have some "me" time and spend time outdoors. Plan to start Monday. Pairing it with low-carb. I am terribly out of shape and a hard-core sugar addict. Need to be healthy. I have little boys to keep up with!
