  1. Did my first 5k last year at age 70. Had problems with piriformis and IT band. Starting to train for Aug. 5k.with some hills. any helpful hints?
  2. Am 72 and walked/jogged my first 5K last year. Loved it but as I started back I am having trouble with IT band and paraformis issues. Any advice? Looking forward to this program and am looking forward to my next run.
  3. Just started today and love it. I had stopped for a while because of paraformis and IT band issues. Any advise for stretches/excercises
