I started this venture last week. Just finished week 1 day 3 yesterday. I am not enjoying this at all. I'm not totally a couch person. I do work out at the gym 3 times a week, 2 of those days I go to 530am classes. I've learned to enjoy that. I just see all these people happily running and I think I must look miserable. I feel that way. Going to do week 2 day one this afternoon just because it's so nice out today. I won't give up, but when will I start to enjoy this?
