I've never been fit. I've always been the "thick" girl who got told "but you have such a pretty face!" More times than I can count. Basically I got comfortable when I met my husband and gained 45lbs (I was already 200lbs at the time thanks to genetics and shitty eating) then I got pregnant with our son and gained another 65lbs. So here I sit at 315lbs 5'3" 20 years old, totally and completely unhealthy addicted to disgusting food that I know isn't healthy for me and feeding my son the same shit. He's luckily gotten a thin gene that was buried deep in his genetics. I need a change in my life. I need to stop this cycle of horrible eating. So here I am. Training for a 5K, beginning to eat healthier, and trying my hardest not to fail. Any kind and encouraging words are welcomed and appreciated!
