Just finished week one. Can't believe I made it. Don't think I'm ready to advance so I'll probably repeat week one but that's ok.

Hi all I am a 45 year old female that has never ran anything other than my mouth but I'm ready for a change. I'm half way through week 1 (which I think I will have to repeat lol) and I think the woman on this app is trying to kill me. I'm not giving up though. I will do this no matter how long it takes.
