  1. Good job everyone! I just finished week 2 day 1 and I made it. I didn't think I would but I kept telling myself it was 30 minutes of my life. I have not ate white pasta or breads in months and I went to a family dinner and ate and ate. I even ate dessert! That has resulted in a week and a half of binging on crap and sugar! I am definitely a food addict for life! Back on track today and no excuses! Day by day!!!!! I can say that's the most I've sweat in a long time..good bye toxins!

  3. Week 1 Day 1 complete! I'm doing it on the treadmill at home. I feel like I'm moving way too slow. Should I be concerned or will speed come with time? And good job to everyone
