Hello Im Kim
I am am on week 3 day 3 of the C25K workout I am looking forward to getting through this program
my question is does everyone start at there own pace on walking and jogging i am only 5 feet tall so my stride is not that wide i have been going at a pace of brisk walking on my treadmill walking pace 3 miles and hour but im jogging at 4 miles an hour just wondering if everyone else is going at a pace they can manage. i am looking for modavational people that i can help as well as they help me through
