Hi! I'm Kylie... I'm such a newbie at this fitness stuff it isn't funny! I've always been a skinny minny all my life, so I never felt that I needed to be a gym junkie. Well... As I've gotten older, and have been having some health issues I've gained lots of weight. I recently signed up to do a 5k with a friend of mine, I'm so out of shape and unmotivated so I thought why not start now?
