Week 5 day 3 in Motivation and Support Posted February 26, 2016 · Report reply I'm STUCK! I've tried this 20 min run day and then went backward. I really struggle with the 8 min and it says that my 8 min run should be 0.75 miles. I can't run the full 8 min and when I finish, my distance has only been 0.63 - 0.7 miles. I've attempted Wk 5 day 2 four times now and don't seem to be getting anywhere. I figure I shouldn't even try the 20 min run again if I can't do 8 min at a time and I am worried about not getting far enough. Just for background info: I'm 46 and have struggled with exercise through the later part of my life. Any additional advice?
