I have taken a few years off from running due to Sacroiliitis and pregnancy, but I'd like to run again and I have a half marathon I've just signed up for in June! Does anyone else have Sacroiliitis? What are some tips so I don't injure myself further? Also, tips from new moms to find the time would be great!
