I'm Jessica, I'm 29, a mommy of two toddlers, and am a new runner. I just finished week 1 day 3, and wow, I feel good! The first day I almost gave up halfway through, the second day I wanted to rest right before the cool down, and today I was fine the while way through. I know next week will be a bit more challenging, but I'm up for the challenge!
I'm doing this to get into better shape, and to tone up as I lose weight. I have never liked running, but always wanted the runners high, and am getting little tastes of it now that I'm really working at it! I hope to be doing some 5ks this spring!
