  1. Jaybird sprint bluetooth is what I use, works well and can answer a call if i need to.
  2. I'm very disappointed in the lack of help on this forum... I'm new as well but i've started eating an energy bar in the morning before my run, then after my shower I have a high protein breakfast or protein bar if i'm in a hurry.
  3. This is technically my fourth week but I'm starting week three over because I didn't feel ready. I believe that the program as a rule doesn't fit everyone's level of fitness. Anyway, (contradicting my own comment) I have the opportunity to participate in a 5k next saturday in Key West. Certainly I can finish, I can walk run walk run... but am I getting too confident and getting ahead of myself?
